General conditions regarding our service

Bigg offers advice and support via phone and video calls in areas such as construction, electricity, plumbing, ventilation, painting, tiling, land & construction. The service is intended for guidance, but we are not responsible for the practical execution of the projects.

The service is provided via telephone or video call.

The length of the calls is maximized to 60 minutes per occasion.

Guidance is provided by experienced Swedish craft professionals, but the responsibility for execution lies with the customer.

The cost of each call is 495 SEK (including VAT). The price applies to calls lasting up to 60 minutes.

Payment is made by phone via Swish. Payment must be completed and verified before the call begins.

The customer is responsible for having a working telephone and, for video calls, a stable internet connection. In case of any technical problems during the call, contact us for a possible rebooking.

As the service is provided immediately after payment and begins with the customer's consent, no right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance Contracts Act.

Bigg provides advice, but is not responsible for incorrectly performed work based on our instructions.

We take no responsibility for any damages, losses or costs incurred in connection with the customer's work after consulting.

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. By using our services, you agree that we process your data in order to deliver the services.

We collect and store the necessary data to be able to handle bookings and payments.

Your personal data is handled securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Contact us for more information.

Disputes must primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

If negotiations do not lead to a solution, the dispute must be settled according to Swedish law in a Swedish court.
